Adelaide, 16 April 2013– A private building company has acquired a character bluestone villa turned office property in Norwood for $1.1 million.
Located at 17 The Parade, the 176sqm building is located on 556sqm of land, with onsite parking for up to five vehicles. The buyer plans to occupy the building.
CBRE’s William Brown and Ben Younger negotiated the deal on behalf of Whitham Media.
