Sydney, 7 May 2015 –Australian 3PL and supply chain services company, Icehouse Logistics Pty Ltd has leased further space in Erskine Park to accommodate its growing operations.
Icehouse logistics relocated to B2, 57 Templar Road in August 2013 and has recently signed a lease for the adjacent B1, 57-75 Templar Road site.
The new site adds an additional 5,466sqm of space and benefits from10 metre plus internal warehouse clearance, a combination of on grade roller doors and recessed loading docks, and ample car and truck parking.
CBRE’s Shaun Timbrell, Peter Blade and Greg Pike negotiated with lessor DEXUS for a fresh six-year term over both tenancies, at an initial rental of $110 /sqm net.
Mr Timbrell said Icehouse Logistics approached CBRE seeking additional space within the estate as they wanted to remain in this prime location.
“The site is ideally located in the highly sought after western Sydney logistics and manufacturing hub of Erskine Park, nearby both the M4 and M7 Motorways. The new link road from the Erskine Park industrial precinct to the M7 Motorway is now open, significantly enhancing access into this prime location,” Mr Timbrell said.
