Melbourne, 22 June 2016 –International e-commerce specialist New Aim is expanding its Australian empire, after signing a new lease on its second Melbourne warehouse.
CBRE’s Todd Grima and Harry Kalaitzis negotiated the three-year lease of the 5,950sqm warehouse facility at Stockland’s Brooklyn Distribution Centre.
The building offers high clearance warehousing accessed by four brand new recessed loading docks and three on grade roller doors with good truck access and loading.
Mr Grima said the property at 77 Millers Road would support New Aim’s expanding operations in Australia.
"This property benefits from an excellent inner west location in close proximity to major arterial roads, and providing easy access to the Port of Melbourne and CBD,” Mr Grima said.
“The property also offers great access to public transport, which was key requirement for New Aim.”
Rentals in the vicinity range from $70 per square metre - $80 per square metre.
