Perth, 16 September 2015 –Perth’s landmark office tower, QV1, has unveiled a new suite of complementary high-end concierge services amid increasingly favourable tenant conditions in the city’s office market.
QV1 – a 43-storey skyscraper in the iconic west end of Perth’s CBD – recently launched its concierge service, a premier corporate suite of services ranging from restaurant reservations and quality transport transfers to event bookings and shoe repairs.
QV1, which is co-owned by Investa Commercial Property Fund and Eureka Funds Management, is managed by CBRE Premier Properties Group.
Eureka Funds Asset Manager Tanya Lambert said the introduction of these services to QV1 cemented the asset’s pre-eminent position in the Perth office market.
“We aim to deliver highly sophisticated services to our tenants that exceed their expectations of traditional commercial building amenities. This is the first part of a wave of new tenant service offerings that we plan to introduce in the near future,” Ms Lambert said.
Investa Office General Manager, Perth & Sydney Portfolio, Tom Simurina, said: “Work is such a large part of our lives these days, and our workplaces are an extension of that. Therefore, there is more and more focus on creating a sense of community where our tenants can carry out more aspects of their day to day lives.”
“With tenants placing increasing importance on high quality amenities and facilities in today’s market, the concierge service will cater to the increasing demand for these non-traditional services.”
“This service is entirely complementary for tenants and is a unique way of building relationships with local vendors to offer tenants better deals and accessibility to a range of services,” said QV1 General Manager, Paul Teraci.
To mark the introduction of the concierge service, the building’s management team has launched a social media campaign to promote the new service offering.
As part of this campaign, tenants are being offered the opportunity to win a tailored VIP concierge experience for a friend to the value of $500. The ‘Nominate a friend for a VIP concierge experience’ will see the winner receive an individually designed thank you experience.
The Concierge Service QV1 is part of a major rebranding initiative for the premier office tower, which initially launched in February this year and was unveiled in conjunction with a new logo.
Originally designed by internationally recognised architect, Harry Seidler, the 43-storey building features conference facilities, a retail plaza, gym, dedicated mailroom facilities, 24 hour security and an executive car park in addition to an adjoined car park available for public use.
