Sydney, 7 November 2013 - Pipeline renewal specialist Interflow has leased a prominent warehouse facility in the western Sydney suburb of Girraween.
Located at 2/254 Toongabbie Road, the property comprises a 2,241sqm clearspan warehouse with high internal clearances, and a 4,406sqm yard area.
CBRE’s Elijah Shakir and Peter Blade negotiated the deal on behalf of a private lessor. Interflow took out a 10-year lease on the property for an annual rental of $322,655.
Mr Shakir said the property’s central location was a key factor behind the deal.
“This modern warehouse facility is ideally situated on the corner of Toongabbie Road and the Great Western Highway, within close proximity to both the M4 Motorway and Prospect Highway,” Mr Shakir said.
Girraween is located approximately 30km west of the Sydney CBD.
