Sydney, 26 November 2014 – A warehouse facility at Wetherill Park has been sold to a private buyer for $3.06 million.
The property, located at 16 David Road, comprises a secondary warehouse and office facility. The clear span warehouse provides an internal clearance up to 6.5m and the construction consists of metal clad walls with a metal deck roof.
