Direct Shoe Warehouse has inked a five-year lease on an office space within Silverwater’s Gateway Business Park.
The Sydney-based retail company – trading under the parent company of Austep Trading Pty Ltd - will relocate its office headquarters to the 120sqm property, which consists of a modern, fully refurbished office space within the prominent business precinct.
Located at 63-79 Parramatta Road, the Gateway Business Park was built in 1989 and is home to several high profile tenants including MSS Security, Hy-Tech Concrete, Mammaway and Citic Hic. It provides visitor parking, in addition to undercover security parking for tenants.
Ms Mangcoy said the business park’s location close to Parramatta and surrounding industrial areas was instrumental in securing the deal.
“Gateway Business Park provides tenants coming out of industrial estates or those looking for a high parking ratio and good amenity with modern and affordable office accommodation situated in a highly exposed location with easy access to Parramatta Road and the M4 Motorway,” Ms Mangcoy said.
