ARENA secures new office in Sydney’s financial core
| 3 August 2018
Australian Renewable Energy Agency (ARENA) has cemented its presence in the Sydney CBD after inking a new lease on a Bligh Street office.
ARENA will relocate its Sydney CBD operations to a 472sqm office on the 22nd level of 25 Bligh Street, having signed a four-year lease on the property.
CBRE’s Nick Read negotiated the lease on behalf of landlord Kingsmede.
“The property’s location in the heart of Sydney’s financial core precinct was a key attraction for ARENA, with it offering proximity to major transport hubs such as Martin Place, Wynyard Station and Circular Quay,” Mr Read said.
“25 Bligh Street offers modern, hotel-style end of trip facilities, including gym facilities and a squash court. The tenancy also provided a functional existing fitout, which appealed to ARENA.”
