Hong Kong, March 24, 2014 – CBRE Group, Inc. today announced that Manish Kashyap has been promoted to a newly created role as Regional Managing Director, Head of Brokerage Services for the Asia Pacific region. In this capacity, Mr. Kashyap will be responsible for leading CBRE’s brokerage activities across the office, industrial and retail business lines, encompassing both landlord and tenant representation.

Mr. Kashyap previously served as Managing Director of Transaction Services for India, overseeing the full brokerage solutions offering for domestic and international clients. In this role he was a focal point for serving key CBRE international clients with requirements in India.
In his new, Singapore-based role, Mr. Kashyap will partner with CBRE’s country leaders and in-country business line leaders to ensure that CBRE has a top position in brokerage (across office, industrial and retail) in every key local market in the region, while building a highly competitive and collaborative platform to serve our professionals and clients.
He will also work closely with Vikram Kohli, CBRE’s APAC Sales Management Director, to drive effective sales management processes across the region.
