Healthcare provider, Transformational Health Services has recently committed to a South Perth office space on a five year term – in order to expand its business operations.
Located at 25 Lyall Street, the 122sqm refurbished character office features five large office spaces, open plan area, lunch room / kitchen and rear parking. The site further benefits from close proximity to the CBD and freeway.
CBRE’s Daniel Johnston negotiated the agreement on behalf of the private landlord, with an initial rental of $232.5 per sqm net.
Mr Johnston said that with improved market incentives a number of suburban tenants, such as Transformational Health Services, are making the move closer to the CBD.
