Hiltec Glazing has secured a new location for its expanding Queensland business, after inking a lease on a Narangba facility in the Moreton Bay region.
Hiltec Glazing - a leading manufacturer of contemporary architectural window and door systems – has committed to a five-year term on the freestanding warehouse/office facility at 14 Business Drive.
Located in close proximity to the Bruce Highway and North Lakes masterplan community, the 5,794sqm property comprises a 2,900sqm warehouse, 400sqm corporate office over two levels, loading bay and roller door access.
CBRE’s Hugh Adnam, who negotiated the lease deal in conjunction with colleague Dillon Murphy, said the property was ideally suited to accommodate Hiltec Glazing’s operations.
“This property offers a safer functional warehouse layout for manufacturing in addition to better awnings for loading and unloading,” Mr Adnam said.
“The generous office space also provides scope for further blue collar growth.”
