Software specialist Hotschedules will relocate its Sydney headquarters to the CBD’s financial core after signing a new lease on a Castlereagh Street office.
Hotschedules has committed to a five-year term on the 270sqm office, which is located on the 11th floor of 1 Castlereagh Street.
The office space boasts a brand new, speculative fitout which allowed a walk-in solution for Hotschedules.
CBRE’s Nick Read, together with Cushman & Wakefield’s Rosie Origlia, negotiated the lease on behalf of lessor, 151 Property.
Mr Read commented on the transaction: “The high quality speculative fitout appealed to Hotschedules, which also allowed capital expenditure to be kept to a minimum in the first instance.”
