Perth, 8 April 2014 – One of Western Australia’s best loved galleries for modern and contemporary art, Gallery 360, has relocated its Subiaco premises to 309 Hay Street.
Faisal Nasimi of CBRE Retail Services negotiated the lease for Gallery 360, providing new 204sqm premises just 100 metres from the gallery’s previous Subiaco home.
Since 1977, Gallery 360 has been recognised as one of the state’s leading art solutions providers, housing exhibitions and providing comprehensive mounting, framing and consulting services for both residential and business clients
The team includes the only framers in Western Australia - and among just a few in Australia - who are Certified Picture Framers and Guild Commended Framers.
Mr Nasimi said the gallery had been searching for more suitable premises on which to strike a new long term lease.
“The new Hay Street tenancy is better suited to a gallery, offering more showroom/ wall space which is very important for this line of business,” Mr Nasimi said.
“The surrounding retailers complement each other and target a similar clientele, with neighbouring businesses including In Design, Fisher Photography, Retreat Design and Total Image International.”
Gallery 360 has committed to a long term lease over 309 Hay Street, which includes six allocated car bays.
