Perth, 6 May 2014 –Australia's leading women’s active wear label Lorna Jane is to open its newest store in Perth’s Floreat Forum Shopping Centre.
CBRE’s Craig Olde negotiated the five year lease, delivering Lorna Jane a 139sqm store in the popular Floreat centre, which is located halfway between Perth's CBD and the coast.
“The Centre is at the heart of a health conscious demographic and already hosts two health clubs,” Mr Olde said.
“Further, the centre is surrounded by playing fields, various ball courts and numerous sporting clubs and associations making it an ideal location for women seeking Lorna Jane’s fashion forward active wear.”
The global active wear chain is the latest addition to the centre following another recent lease to Blue Illusion that has a similar target demographic to Lorna Jane
