The new Cloisters office building in Perth’s CBD has secured another high profile tenant - SGT Dental, who specialises in general, emergency and cosmetic dentistry.
The group has signed a 15-year lease over 120sqm on the mezzanine level of the 863 Hay Street property – marking SGT Dental’s second site in Perth. The commencing rental was circa $600 per square metre gross, with a market based incentive contributing to the specialised fit out.
CBRE’s Lachlan Lewis, who negotiated the lease on behalf of the lessor, said the deal provided a further boost of confidence for the high profile Cloisters building.
“The building owners are delighted with this new tenant as it not only completes the leasing on the mezzanine level, but also delivers another fantastic tenant amenity to Cloisters and surrounding precinct,” Mr Lewis explained.
“On the mezzanine level, SGT Dental will complete the profile tenant mix, joining ATI Mirage and Hays, a global recruitment firm.”
