Agripower Australia has selected a penthouse office space in the Sydney CBD as its new NSW headquarters.
The company has signed a five-year lease term on its new 460sqm office, which is located on the 13th level of Exchange House at 20 Bridge Street. The tenancy features private balconies and impressive views towards Circular Quay.
CBRE’s Nick Read, who negotiated the lease in conjunction with Knight Frank’s Ryan Grace, said the property’s prime location underpinned the deal.
“Home of the Australian Stock Exchange’s Sydney base, 20 Bridge Street is a well-known office landmark located in the heart of Sydney’s CBD financial core,” Mr Read said.
“The functional existing fitout and large outdoor breakout areas also appealed to the tenant’s needs.”
