Australian mining company, Nusantara Resources, has secured a new office in West Perth’s business hub.
The ASX-listed company has committed to lease a 270sqm office on the ground floor of 20 Kings Park Road for a three-year term. The headline asking rental was $295 per square metre net.
CBRE’s Rick McKenzie, who negotiated the lease deal, said the property’s central position was a major drawcard attracting the tenant.
“The fitted nature of the tenancy and proximity to the Perth CBD appealed to Nusantara Resources,” Mr McKenzie said.
“West Perth continues to benefit from a devoted following of resources tenants and emerging sources of demand in the form of education and training, construction, IT, health care and social assistance.”
