Our approach to loan origination differs from many of our peers as we actively engage all the way through the process from understanding the lenders requirements and lending parameters, creation of critical documents, liaison and negotiations with prospective borrowers, management through the settlement process and engagement as a Servicer.

The highly experienced Pacific team which is led from Sydney, with local presence across Asia Pacific, has advised on financings in excess of $1.8bn over the last 12 months.
